Borderline Boater Kayak Club invites you to enjoy the beauty, serenity and excitement of the Slocan River. The Kootenay whitewater festival is geared to beginner and intermediate paddlers who want to develop skills while having a bunch of fun and meeting new people. Expert paddlers are also encouraged to come out as volunteers to help others embrace the passion of paddling and join in the fun.

The 2-day Event includes:

· Instructional Clinics – learn from the best local paddlers

· Games and friendly competitive events – fun for all levels of paddlers

· Delicious Barbeque lunches

· Evening entertainment

· Souvenir T-Shirt

· Lots of incredible prizes including a raffle for a new kayak
